Replacement Policy
Our Policy covers rod breakage under normal use.
Replacement Fee: 50% of full retail price
Eligibility: Original purchaser only, valid for 1 year.
Limit: One-time replacement per rod
Rods that cannot be repaired (blank breakage) will be replaced one time for the 50% fee. We don’t ask how it broke, bass fishing is hard on gear, we understand that.
Custom Rods: Broken custom rods are replaced one time with the equivalent production model for 50% of full retail price, valid for 1 year for the original purchaser.
Rod Repairs
Rods with repairable damage (blank intact) can be returned for a fee. Shipping to Western Angler is customer responsibility; return shipping is covered by us.
Broken Guides: $45 replacement
Missing Tip Inserts: $20 replacement kit, DIY-friendly. Email info@westernanglerrods.com with your rod model and shipping address.
Rods with crushed butt sections cannot be repaired and fall under the Blank Breakage policy.
All repairs must be approved before sending to Western Angler.

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and must be within 1 year of purchase.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept local payment methods.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
